Does Lacoste Still use Mother of Pearl Buttons on their Polos?
I have a green one I bought about a year ago from the store and it had mother of Pearl buttons. Yesterday I went to my local Lacoste to buy a pink polo and I noticed the buttons were transparent, no longer mother of pearl.
I live in Mexico (Cancun) and I went to La Isla Mall (which has an official Lacoste boutique inside).
I would like to know if someone in the US can confirm this for me. Do the polos still use MOP buttons or have they changed it to basic ones again?
I just logged onto the US website and looked at the pink polo and it too had clear buttons and not MOP.
Mine have MOP - i think only the classic repp pique polos have them. - Did you ask the clerk?
