Jewelry Pearl Necklace Loose Beads

on one side it has a bloke with a holding a staff with a cross on the end looks like Jesus or a wise man im not sure, around the top it has written "Deus meus et omnia, ecce ancilla domini"

the other side has a lady and a man with a small kid in the middle all holding hands the kid is glowing and the man and lady have halos and there is an angel above them all and around this side it has written "franciscaines missionnaires de marie"

Im going to assume its something religious but i would like to know what it says and what it might be or when abouts its from.
